JOB SUMMARY

Working independently and effectively with a high level of flexibility in the management of tasks and schedules. Demonstrate the ability to work professionally with a diverse level of staff to include government, military and contractors.
· Ensure meeting location is set-up yearly, and confirm prior to meeting time (to include handouts, name tags, and the like)
· Support the development of agenda and facilitation of meeting
· Support the development of meeting minutes
· Maintain all Action Items for the Team
· Develop documents, policies, memoranda, other correspondence in accordance with executive guidance and standard procedures
· Ensure action is taken on all correspondence within 24 hrs or escalate to proper manager/analyst
· Provide a professional response to all correspondence to ensure maximum effectiveness
· Communicate the progression of Action Items
· Send email status of all Action Items to management
· Provide professional executive support responding to voice and email mail
· Upload all documentation to web site and server drive within 24 hrs and maintain version control
· File hardcopy of documentation
· Ensure data is consistent across all forms of media
· Provide Project Management Support
· Assist the Program Manager and Analysts to resolve issues and respond to inquiries
· Manage schedules and calendars to avoid meeting conflicts
· Other Duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILL SET:
· Government customer experience
· High level of attention to detail
· Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite to include Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, NetMeeting and Outlook
· Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communications
· Good Multi-tasking skills
· Self-starter with good organizational skills
· Possess a sense of discretion and confidentiality

EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

High School with AA preferred along with minimum of five years of administrative experience with a government contractor
