Job Summary:
Responsible to implement task order teaming arrangements to optimize revenue for a large Government Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
Specific Duties: (Though not limited to:) · Developing strong relationships with subcontractors/partners. · Implementing a subcontractor data repository to optimize teaming and solution development across MAC scope and task order requirements/opportunities. · Identifying and researching niche companies respective technologies to potentially add to the team consistent with MAC scope, pipeline and task order requirements. · Building, coordinating and prioritizing a pipeline of partner opportunities to execute under the MAC. · Coordinating, in conjunction with the MAC Program Manager and Proposal Manager, proposals/responses to task orders let under the MAC. · Developing strong, working relationships with current MAC subcontractors and identifying and partnering with future companies to provide optimal IT solutions to task order requirements under the MAC. · Building a strong cadre of subcontractors/companies that provide complex, timely IT solutions for a broad federal agency client base. · Organizing and forming teams consistent with task order requirements, negotiating partner roles and works share responsibilities consistent with those requirements and assisting in coordinating MAC team proposals/responses to said task orders. · Marketing and selling the MAC and team capabilities to Government Agencies as a provider of comprehensive IT solution. · Developing tracking and executing a pipeline of subcontractor opportunities to execute through the MAC contract. · Developing, coordination and capture of this pipeline to maximize revenue under the MAC over the lifecycle of the contract. · Working with subs to identify potential leads and opportunities, coordinating with those companies and internal business development organizations to capture the business and stewarding prime/subcontractor business coordination during this process. · Responsible for actively marketing and selling the MAC Team capabilities to a broad range of federal agencies. · Developing marketing materials for presentations, the ability to understand diverse technology requirements and communicating the value proposition of proposed solutions to federal agency clients.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Strong capability, with demonstrated expertise, of successfully buiding team capabilities within a MAC or multi-agency IDIQ contract and capturing task order revenue on these contracts.
Strong writing and editing experience to include management plans, white papers and proposals.
Strong expertise responding to multi-award and ID/IQ proposals.
Good understanding of the federal government proposal process.
Possess good analytical and organizational skills; particularly working in time-sensitive situations requiring interaction between a number of team members, subcontractors, consultants, and/or all levels of TMR management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and graphics.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in a federal government proposal management capacity.
