  • Supports the Analysis Directorate in providing timely, relevant, and accurate Geospatial Intelligence data and database support to U.S. European Command (EUCOM), Africa Command (AFRICOM), their components, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as it conducts military operations, international military engagement, and interagency partnering to enhance transatlantic security and defend the United States.
  • Supports NGA’s Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) Information Office’s (ST) mission in providing on-line, on-demand access and dissemination of geospatial intelligence information, products, and imagery to the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) partners worldwide.
  • Supports the NGA’s IT Portfolio & Resource Integration Division (TCF) in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure IT investments support NGA’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. TCF supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT Services Directorate (CIO-T) in managing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle for the IT portfolio.
  • Supports the Financial Systems and Business Process Solutions Office (FMZ) in providing Financial Management (FM) and NGA Leadership in making improved resource allocation decisions regarding NGA’s budget and Future Years Program though independent assessments of complex resource issues, employing both modern and traditional analysis.

This BPA is to procure ISSOs support services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to assist in executing and accomplishing the OCIO mission objectives.  To provide DHS Headquarters Chief Information Security Officer Directorate (HQ CISOD) and Portfolio Management Division (PMD) with Program Management (PM) support and ISSO support services across the DHS Headquarters Enterprise to develop, support, and maintain the appropriate operational security posture for assigned information systems and/or programs.

To support the establishment of a next generation Centralized Help Desk – Tier 1 support.  The support is provided in close collaboration with CEC technical support structure and four (4) Divisions of CEC: Governance Support Division (GSD), Infrastructure Operations Division (IOD), Technical Support Division (TSD), and the Business Services Division (BSD). CEC supports USDA agencies and offices by providing IT services to agencies responsible for delivering billions of dollars in programs, services, and financial transactions to farmers, ranchers, and citizens of rural America.
