Health & Wellness Benefits
Our future is directly connected to the health, happiness, and welfare of our employees. For this reason, we offer the following benefits to full-time and part-time TMR employees.
TMR pays 100% of the employees’ premium which includes a prescription drug plan, vision benefits for eye exams, as well as discounts for glasses and contact lens for employees, spouses, and dependents. TMR also offers a competitive dental plan coverage.
Time Off Benefits
Employees can take three weeks of paid time for vacation, holidays, illness, and attending personal needs. Employees also receive 10 government holidays.
Life and Disability Insurance
We offer company-paid life insurance up to $100,000, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance which is 2x the amount of the life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability benefits.
Employee Referral Program
At TMR, we’re always encouraging you to refer top talent. If a candidate is hired by a TMR employee, within 90 days of the referral the referring employee will receive a bonus amount of $500.
Our commuter discount program allows employees to save on public transportation and parking expenses which are reimbursed up to $140 per month.
TMR has designed a 401 (k) retirement savings plan to assist employees in meeting their financial goals.
TMR will make a dollar-for-dollar matching contribution for all participating employees on the first 3% of the employee’s salary, and a 50% matching contribution on the next 2% of the employee’s salary. TMR will also make a contribution equal to 1% to all eligible employees regardless of contribution. Employees are 100% vested upon eligibility.

24/7 Employee Assistance Program
TMR’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help you reach your goals through personally tailored health information. A confidential well-being assessment, wellness coaching, and online tools will help you manage nutrition and diet, fitness goals, stress relief, and other more serious issues involving emotional and physical well-being.
Our EAP provides confidential telephone consultations, face to face meetings, and education materials at your convenience on a wide variety of topics including childcare and parenting support, senior care and aging, legal and financial concerns, exercise programs, and other daily needs.
